No. The products we use are very low in VOC content and any odors are short lived We make sure to keep the area well ventilated while we are applying the epoxy coating.

During the concrete floor grinding process there is quite a lot of dust. However, we have industrial vacuum cleaners that are attached to the grinder during the floor grinding. After every grinding pass, we make sure that the floor is properly vacuumed before we move on to the next step.

Usually 1 day depending on the size of your Charlotte garage, the condition of the concrete floor, temperature, humidity and how many repairs there are.

We ask that you remove smaller items such as shoes, golf clubs, bins, bikes etc.
The larger items like refrigerators, cabinets and work benches we will move that morning before we begin working on the floor.
We will cover these items with a tarp if it appears that it will rain. The next day we come back and put the heavy items back in for you.

We use quick curing resin coatings, that dry in couple of hours.
You can put stuff back in your garage the same day.
Walk on time is about an hour and drive on time is about 24 hours or over night. This will only vary in really cold conditions.

As any other surface epoxy floors can be slippery when wet. Our flake flooring provides a slight texture to the floor in normal conditions (wet with no oil or soap).
If you require a non-slip floor we can add an anti-slip product to the final topcoat.

No, as part of our floor preparation, we repair all crack and holes on your floor. We use a fast curing polyurea joint filler to repair any defects on your concrete floor. We then grind and smooth the cracks again, leaving the garage concrete floor nice and smooth.
Only when we are completely happy with the look of your bare concrete, we move on to applying your new floor.
