Our epoxy flake floors begin by diamond grinding the concrete floor, followed by a primer coat and a base coat of epoxy. Colored vinyl flakes are then broadcasted onto the epoxy base. These 1/4” flakes provide a slight non-slip texture to the surface. Once the epoxy is cured, we finish off with a polyaspartic clear sealer. With this multiple layer application process your floor will exhibit excellent strength characteristics, that will last years to come.
